The Reily Township Historical Society will meet on Tuesday, October 5, 2021, at the Reily Twp. Community Center, 6093 Reily – Millville Road, Oxford, Ohio 45056.
Susan McLaughlin, retired teacher and a member of the John Reily Chapter of National Society of the Daughters of the American Revolution (NSDAR) will present: “How to Navigate Lineage Societies”. Her presentation will discuss Linage Societies; what are they and how you join. She will review the qualifications for joining a society and the research that goes into the proof needed to join a linage group. Her talk will emphasize the importance of the NSDAR mission of Preserving History, Promoting Patriotism and Supporting Education.
Members and non-members are welcome. Refreshments will be served. The business meeting starts at 7 pm and the program begins at approximately 7:15 pm.
